Cameron Christensen, CEFP, FMP, MBA
Mr. Christensen is a facilities professional with a uniquely broad skill set, built over a career that includes roles as an irrigation specialist, HVAC technician, facility surveyor, operations lead, project manager, and chief facilities officer. He has managed facilities across sectors and regions—from Chicago to Alabama, Los Angeles to New York—bringing practical insight and strategic leadership to each role.
He holds degrees in Facilities Management, Real Estate, Nonprofit Leadership, and Finance, and is certified as a CEFP (APPA), FMP (IFMA), and LEED Green Associate. Cameron’s expertise centers on long-range planning, asset lifecycle optimization, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). As a member of the national committee that developed the first TCO modeling standard, he offers clients a proven approach to aligning facilities with long-term organizational goals.
